Yes, all sessions will be held virtually on Google Meet. You can bring as many team members as you'd like to the meeting.
What exactly will you help me with during the session?
We’ll tailor the session 100% to your needs. Common areas we help with include:

- Answering any setup questions and optimizing your workflow

What if I need more than one session?
No problem! Many clients book multiple hours to cover more complex setups. You can purchase additional onboarding time at any point for the same $99/hour rate. We’ll work at your pace to make sure everything is running smoothly.

When you sign up for any of our Leader plans, you'll receive a coupon code for a White Glove Onboarding session. Simply use this code at checkout when you book your first onboarding call. It’s like getting expert setup help — and putting cash right back in your pocket!
What’s the refund policy for White Glove Onboarding?
If you cancel your session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you’ll receive a full refund.
However, once a session is completed, the service is non-refundable. We believe in delivering massive value during every session, but we also respect our experts' time.
Terms and Conditions
White Glove Onboarding sessions are non-refundable once the scheduled session has been completed. Clients may cancel or reschedule their session for a full refund if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows are non-refundable. Credits from complimentary onboarding hours are applied your subscription and deducted from your next Back On Stage App subscription payment.
